Squash Parmesan

Quick and easy side dish. Squash drizzled with olive oil, covered with Parmesan cheese and sprinkled with garlic powder. Dish is baked 30 minutes.
Ingredients -
6 small Crookneck or Zucchini Squash, sliced 1-inch thick
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Arrange squash slices on bottom of large ceramic baking dish.

3. Drizzle olive oil over squash. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

4. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
