Roasted Butternut Squash With Cinnamon

Simple and delicious, this side dish is a fun snack any day of the week.
Ingredients -
2 tablespoons melted Butter
2 pounds Butternut Squash chunks
1-1/2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Line baking sheet with foil.

3. Toss squash chunks in melted butter.

4. Spread squash in even layer.

5. Roast in preheated oven 30 minutes. Turn vegetables once or twice during roasting.

6. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Butternut Squash
One whole 2-pound butternut squash yields 1-1/2 pounds of flesh. When peeling the squash, use the best peeler available, as the squash has a hard shell and can be difficult to peel.
