1. Add sliced squash and chopped onion to saucepan. Cover with water.
2. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Drain vegetables into colander. Return to saucepan.
4. Add cheese and cook until cheese melts.
5. Spoon into large, buttered baking dish.
6. Bake 15 minutes in preheated 350 F. oven.
